E-mail Services - E-mail Setup

Our mail servers provide more expedient and protected services to our members.  The basic information that you need to configure any e-mail program is:

POP Server:
www.domainname.com

SMTP Server:
www.domainname.com

Username:
username

Password:
as issued by Amantez Designs

Below are the step-by-step instructions on how to configure Netscape Mail

Go to Tasks

Next select Mail & Newsgroups

The Mail & Newsgroups window now appears.

Select Edit then Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings

Set Outgoing Server (SMTP) Setting

Server Name: www.domainname.com

User Name: your username as assigned by Amantez Designs. Contact Amantez Designs at (352) 374-4110 to get your username.

Select New Account

Select ISP or email provider and Next

Fill out Your Name: Your name

Enter your Email Address: email@domainname.com

Next

Select POP as your Incoming Server.

Server Name: www.domainname.com

Next

User Name: your username as assigned by Amantez Designs. Contact Amantez Designs at (352) 374-4110 to get your username.

Next

Type in your Account Name. This is to identify this e-mail account from other accounts you might setup using Netscape Communicator.

Next

Verify that your data is correct then Finish.

Your will be promted for your password. This is a unique password provided by Amantez Designs. Contact Amantez Designs at (352) 374-4110 if you do not remeber your password or wish to reset it.
